Marc Moses
Chairman of the Supervisory Board
Currently a Non-Executive Director at Barclays, and former Group Chief Risk Officer of HSBC Holdings. Marc brings decades of experience leading finance, risk and governance at global banking groups, and chairs Orenda's Supervisory Board.
Mark Litz
Supervisory Board Member
Former EMEA Head of FinTech Investment Banking at Citigroup and previously a Managing Director at DC Advisory. He joined the board of Orenda Finance in 2023 and brings over 20 years of M&A and fintech expertise to Orenda.
Koen van Velsen
Supervisory Board Member
Founder and Director of vV Advisory & Capital Limited, providing independent consulting and capital-raising advice to C-suite and board clients. Previously a senior leader at Citigroup, he brings deep expertise in financial services, M&A and regulated technology businesses.
